最近忙しくて更新できなくてごめんなさい。

片麻痺になって初めてのエスカレーターでした。
なによりも、とってもとってもタイミング合わせるのが難しい！怖い！
と、感じました。
慣れてない方は、転倒の危険もあるので必ず付き添いの方と一緒に！

今回は前後に人がいない時にしましたが、
両隣でエスカレーターに並んでいても、責めないでもらえると嬉しいですね☺️
