歩行動画です！

暖かくなったのもあるのか、先日、突然今までとは見違えるように歩けるようになりました🤔
片道1分の場所でも、母に掴まって歩いて40分以上かかっていた私が。。？と、自分でも驚き😳

比較動画が殆ど撮れていない事が悔やまれるんですが（以前は余裕がなくて）、横断歩道も、心と筋肉の二重の緊張で？1回渡ろうとしては3回引きずり戻されたことが何度も。。

本当に理由はわからないんですが、その後も自信がついたのか、調子よく歩けています😊

いつもは「感染も怖いし、どうせ歩けないし。。」と家から出たがらない私が今日は頑張ってみようかな（父が仕事ではなくて一緒に外に出れた事もあり）、とふと思い立って歩いた時の動画です！

もしかしたらこんな風に突然調子良く歩ける日もあるかもしれません😮
歩いてみたら？とは、私の経験上からも、簡単には言えません。
でも、少しでも歩いてみようかな、と思えた時がチャンスかもしれません！

もちろん全員がこんな風に歩けるかもわからないし、私だってこんなに歩けるのがいつまで続くかだって分かりません。
でも、心が少しでも明るい日は、「ちょっとチャレンジしてみようかな」と思う心がとても大事だと思います☺️

皆さんがいつか、笑顔で幸せになれますように♡（少なくとも私は、いつ再発するか分からない病気があっても、今こうしてたくさんの方と繋がれて、情報交換ができたり、励ましあったりすることができて幸せです😊）

I don't know because it's getting warmer, suddenly I'm able to walk.🤔

It took more than 40 minutes for the distance with my mother's support that a normal person can walk in 1 minute... so surprised.😳
It's regrettable(I was mentally unstable) that there are few videos to compare, crosswalks are double tension of mind and muscles...I was dragged back three times when I tried to cross once...
I don't know the real reason, but after that, maybe I gained courage, and I can walk well.😊

Always thought "Covid-19 is scary! Can't walk!" so I hated to leave home.
but on this day*, I felt like walking, so I had my shot taken.
*It was also a day when my father was on holiday and we could go out together.
Maybe there will be a day when you can suddenly walk well like this.

"Why not take a walk?", In my experience, it's not that easy to suggest.
But I think it's a chance when you feel uplifted, "Let's try to walk!"

Of course, I don't know if everyone can walk like this and how long I can keep walking like this.
But when you're on fire, I think it's important to have the spirit of "Let's challenge just a little."
