土日以外ほぼ毎日手足のリハビリをしていました。（作品を作ったり支えられながら歩いたり）

この動画は、約1年前の手のリハビリのものです。

動画内では神経の問題もあると言っていますが、確実に良くなってきてはいます☺️（日にもよりますが）

何もかも上手くいかなくて泣きじゃくりながらOTさん（作業療法士さん）と話したこともありました。
神経の問題だからこんな事しても意味がないとか思うことも…色々諭して下さったおかげで、諦めないで挑戦し続ける気持ちが今も私は保てています。（もちろんたまには自暴自棄になる事だってあります👊🏻笑）

でも今この動画を見ると、この頃からだいぶ手も動くようになったなと感じます🥰

I was doing physical therapy - Making crafts and walking with support - almost every day except Saturdays and Sundays.

This video is from hand rehabilitation about a year ago.

In the video, they explain that I have nerve issues, but I feel much better.☺️ It depends on the condition my body is in that day.

I cried and talked to an OT (occupational therapist) because everything was Not going well.
Sometimes I think there's no point in physical therapy because it's a nerve problem.
That led me in many ways, so I still have the will to keep trying without giving up.
- Of course, there are days when I lose control of my mind. lol

Now that I look back, I feel my hands have moved a lot since this time.
